This site is intended solely for lawful purposes, including facilitating donations to support humanitarian relief in Ukraine.

- Donations and Payments
- All donations are voluntary and non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion.
- Donations are securely processed via Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer. We do not directly collect or store your credit card, bank, or payment information—this is handled securely by our payment processors:
For bank transfers, you may choose to contact us for instructions; we do not collect your bank account number.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and current.
- Tax-Deductibility: Alaska2Ukraine is applying for IRS recognition under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Your contribution may be tax-deductible. Consult your tax advisor for guidance specific to your situation.
- Allocation Flexibility: Donations may be redirected to meet urgent humanitarian needs as determined by field conditions and operational requirements.
- Recurring Donations: Monthly or recurring donations can be modified or cancelled by contacting support@alaska2ukraine.org with at least 48 hours notice before the next scheduled payment.
- Content, Copyright and Intellectual Property
- All content on this site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Alaska2Ukraine, unless otherwise noted.
- You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any portion of the site for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

- Delivery timelines and methods may be affected by security conditions, military operations, government directives, or force majeure events.
- We work with personally verified local partners but cannot guarantee delivery or program implementation due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Operational Security: For security reasons, specific operational details, partner locations, or delivery methods may not be disclosed publicly.
- Donors acknowledge that operations in Ukraine involve inherent risks that may affect program implementation and outcomes.
- Program activities may be modified, delayed, or suspended based on security assessments and local conditions.
- Partner Network and Verification
- We maintain a network of personally verified contacts and partners in Ukraine and other operational areas.
- Partner relationships may change due to operational security requirements, field conditions, or safety considerations.
- We maintain verification standards but cannot guarantee continuous partner availability or specific partnership arrangements.
- All partner communications are subject to operational security protocols and may involve communication delays.
- Links to Third-Party Sites
This website may contain links to other websites for convenience or reference. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these sites.
- Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure
- This website and all services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind.
