The Challenge We Face

We’ve made a promise: 100% of operational donations go directly to those we serve in Ukraine. No administrative overhead, no operational fees deducted—every dollar reaches Ukrainian defenders and communities.

But keeping this promise means our volunteers absorb the behind-the-scenes costs personally. Bank fees, communication tools, website hosting, shipping coordination, and legal compliance—all currently funded by the same people donating their time.

This works, but it’s not sustainable as we grow. More importantly, it diverts our volunteers’ personal resources that could also be helping Ukraine.
